Migration processes in Kazakhstan: a historical analysis (the 1920s of the XXI century)

Abstract:
The paper analyzes migration processes in Kazakhstan in the 1920s of the XXI century from a historical and socio-economic point of view. The study considers the main directions and causes of internal and external migration, as well as their impact on the demographic structure, labor market and social stability of the country. It also analyzes the mechanisms for implementing migration policy at the state level and ways to improve its effectiveness. The paper identifies the historical continuity and contemporary characteristics of modern migration trends, based on official statistical data and scientific literature.
